1. The gift voucher is not issued and delivered in a physical copy - it is virtual and in the form of a code. You will receive the code by email within 24 hours after you have successfully completed the order and made the payment.
2. The code is issued manually by our employee, not automatically generated, so you will not receive it immediately after you have completed your order.
3. Payment for the voucher can only be made by card. Cash on delivery is not accepted.
4. The gift voucher is valid for online purchases only. It cannot be used in our physical stores.
5. Once you receive your voucher by email, you can forward it to the person it is intended for or you can print it out and hand it over in a physical copy - It is important that the code is visible in order to enter it correctly.
6. The code is applied in the field: "Gift voucher or discount code" when completing your order (at checkout)
7. The code can be used to cover the full value of a product or as a discount towards a more expensive one, by deducting it from the total amount to be paid.
8. When purchasing goods exceeding the value of the Voucher, the difference is paid additionally.
9. The purchased voucher cannot be returned or its equivalent in leva can be sought, neither in whole nor in part.
   
10. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase from Daris' online store.
11. The use, including the purchase of the gift voucher from darisshoes.com, means the acceptance of these terms and conditions of the site by the user. After issuing the voucher, each holder is deemed to have unconditionally accepted these terms and conditions of the site.
12. What happens if a product paid for with such a Gift card is returned?
    If the return is made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, then the voucher is reissued and can be used again. If the return is made after the expiry of this 14 day period, the voucher cannot be used anymore. When returning or exchanging the products, the shipping costs are at the expense of the customer in both directions, according to the tariff of the courier company that he chooses to use.
