4.1. When using the Daris website, the user is responsible for all consequences arising from his behavior, including any property, intellectual, electronic or any other type and nature of damage caused to the website, services, Daris or any other person with with which Daris has a contract for joint activity or for the provision of services according to Bulgarian legislation.

4.2. The website is addressed to users without and with registration. The possibility of ordering via the Internet is available to users with residence in the Republic of Bulgaria and beyond. Persons under the age of 18 do not have the right to make statements and enter into contracts within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions. By sending an order and/or by creating a profile, the user declares that he is an adult (person over 18).

4.3. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the user is informed that all content, including but not limited to images, graphics, text and/or multimedia content, design, software, databases, information and any other content published on www.darisshoes.com are property of Darris.

4.4. The user has no right to copy, transfer, modify, use, expose, provide, etc. the contents of www.darisshoes.com, without the express written consent of Daris, unless the use is for non-commercial purposes.

5.1. The user has the right to order all goods listed on www.darisshoes.com. When placing the order, the user has the right to choose the type, brand and model of the goods and their quantity, the terms of payment, the method and terms of delivery, according to the possibilities offered by www.darisshoes.com. When placing an order, the user enters into a contractual relationship with Daris for the purchase and sale of the selected item, regulated by these General Terms and Conditions. The distance sales contract between Daris and the user is considered concluded from the moment of confirmation of the specific order by Daris.

5.2. The online system for purchases through Daris reflects the availability of the items at the current moment of consideration, given the dynamics of sales, it is possible that certain products published and appearing on the site as "available" at the time of placing the order, may be out of stock and not can be ordered/confirmed and shipped from www.darisshoes.com.

5.3. All orders received on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays or during public holidays are processed on the next first working day.

5.4. The payment of the price under the contract is made using the methods indicated on www.darisshoes.com, and by making the payment the user makes a voluntary statement that he agrees to pay for the product and that he agrees with the General Terms and Conditions.

5.5. The prices of the products indicated on www.darisshoes.com are final and include VAT. The delivery price is paid by the user, and its value is indicated when placing the order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.6. Daris reserves the right to change product prices and delivery prices.

5.7. Payment is made by cash on delivery - upon delivery of the ordered product.

5.8. Daris issues an invoice for each order payment paid by bank transfer, regardless of whether the customer is a legal entity or an individual. When paying in cash, an invoice is issued only if the Customer has expressly requested one. The customer agrees to receive the invoice physically together with the Goods, as well as electronically to the e-mail specified by the customer in his account or by uploading it to the account itself.

In the case of online or bank payments, the Seller is not responsible for any costs related to fees, commissions or other additional payments made by the Buyer or his bank on the occasion of the transaction itself, as well as in cases of currency exchange, applied by the bank that issued the client's card. Payment by card to Daris is accepted as an international payment by some banks and according to their rules for working with cards and card payments, the banks have the right to charge additional fees for such transactions. The same applies to transactions Daris makes to the customer, whether it does so in connection with a refund of any payment to the latter or for any other reason.

Costs related to such payments are solely for the account of the Buyer.
